CellOPark is an advanced telephony parking system which allows its subscribers to pay for parking in public parking spaces allocated by municipalities (that are affiliated with the CellOPark system), through the use of cellular phones.

The CellOPark system was developed to answer to the rising demand for a more comfortable and modern solution to pay for public parking. To this end CellOPark devised a system which uses cellular phone technology – something almost all drivers own – to make paying for parking simple, quick and easy.

Once learning how easy and beneficial it is to use the CelloPark system, drivers usually don't go back to using other payment methods.

The CellOPark system is an Eco-Friendly system which minimizes the use of paper and electricity for parking purposes.

The system is beneficial for all parties – Law enforcement authorities, local municipalities, and of course – the parking customer.

The parking is calculated and paid for per minute, therefore allowing the customer to pay only for the time the vehicle occupies the parking space.

Payment by the customer is made once a month through the customers' Credit Card or any other means agreed on by the customer such as a direct debit or a pre-paid card.

Besides signposting, the system does not require any new infrastructure or any investment from the authorities and complements rather than replaces any existing systems or payment options (such as street parking meters).

All investment that may be required such as the establishment of a call center, additional signposting, manpower training, IT communication equipment and communications will be provided by CellOPark.
